I arranged for a service call for Friday. I was told that the service technician would be there between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. My service technician, not only arrived on time; but also he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my air conditioning unit with little or no delay. The best part of the service call was the fact that he checked the other working components to ensure that they too were operating normally. He also fully explained to me what the initial problem was and the corrective action he took. I am very happy with not only my air conditioning unit, but also with the excellent service I’ve received.
